After searching in Google I have got the help from the Facebook help center which is useful for every Facebook user. I have also got the mail from the Facebook to my email regarding my account.  So I have uploaded my pan card a government issued id proof in India. After 24 hours I have got the mail to my inbox in Gmail regarding the recovery of my account. I have also got the same message in the Facebook notification. I have felt happy at that time, I have success in recovering my account with my pan card.

I have recovered my account with the help of my pancard and if you are Facebook user from India the pan card is the best solution to recover your Facebook account. The major important thing is your name should be matched with your Facebook account. After providing my pancard to the Facebook they have replied with a message "Your Id is verified sucessfully".
